Tooth Implants

Dental implants are the replacement of tooth roots in the mouth. Implants provide enough support for fixed or removable bridges or dentures. Dental implants, which are placed in the bone, are small anchors made of a bio-compatible metal called titanium. The posts start to fuse with the jawbone over the course of a few months. After the fusing process, known as osseointegration, abutment posts are inserted into the posts to allow for the permanent attachment of the implant crowns.
