I am a Spiritual Empowerment Health & Life Coach. I changed careers in November 2021, after years in healthcare as a Registered Nurse. In coaching I help people overcome past wounds, false beliefs, a sense of powerless and uncertainty of purpose. It matters more now to me because it energizes me and supports my Purpose! My niche is working with people going through life transitions. I help them gain Confidence and Light their inner Spirit so they can live a life of Purpose and Peace.
