The State of Hospitality Biweekly Update

Join us every other Monday morning as we check in with others in guest-facing businesses about what we're seeing and hearing from customers, colleagues and friends.  We'll also 'think out loud' about preparing - as a business and a consumer - for an autumn influenced by the specter of COVID-19.
