NYK and OCHS are Cooking Up History!

Join us at New York Kitchen for a unique cooking demonstration and tasting! In this class, we’ll learn more about our region’s past through historic cookbooks and food preparation techniques from our historians, in collaboration with New York Kitchen’s chef instructor who will prepare each recipe live for participants to experience and enjoy. Together we’ll gain a more well-rounded understanding of food and drink in Western NY and the powerful role it plays in our past and present! **A portion of NYK’s class registration proceeds will benefit the Ontario County Historical Society.
