Health Compass uses a two-tiered Participatory Health & Wellness Program that delivers cutting-edge insurance solutions that compliment traditional employee benefits and make healthcare more accessible and more affordable. ONChamber has already enrolled its team!
The premise is simple. Employees earn Supplemental Benefit protection by completing their choice of wellness activities, instead of paying for the benefits out-of-pocket. This program is available to employer groups with three or more, full-time, W-2 employees.
