Mingle and taste with more than a dozen breweries from across New York State who will be set up around our gorgeous facility. Sample hearty & delicious beer-friendly fare created just for you by the New York Wine & Culinary chefs. All attendees receive a commemorative tasting glass. New this year, we are offering a limited number of VIP tickets available for $60, allowing early entry into the event. VIP ticket holders enjoy an even more exclusive experience from 6-7 pm . Breweries: Abandon Brewing Co., Nedloh Brewing co., Roc Brewing Co., Rohrbachs Brewing Co., Southern Tier Brewing Co., and The VB Brewery. The menu will include: Passed hors d'oeuvres of Marinated vegetables on flat bred, Salmon Lox on toast points and marinated Beef Satay. Food stations will include: Steamed clams with Chorizo, House pulled pork BBQ with slider rolls and Finger Lakes slaw, roasted corn on the cob with compound butter and herb roasted new potatoes. Desserts being served will include Chocolate stout gingerbread topped with expresso-infused swiss buttercream, assorted chocolates and brul'eed pears on short dough and sweetened mascarpone.
