Driver Improvement Program - October 4

Six Hour Point & Insurance Reduction Program

PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!

-Completion of the course entitles you up to 10% off the base rate of your collision and liability insurance. For 10% insurance reduction, take the course every 3 years to continue discount. Up to 4 points will be deducted from your driver's record if you have incurred violations during the 18-month period prior to completing the course. You may take this course every 18 months for just POINT REDUCTION.
-Cost of the course is $40.00 payable at the time of registration; AAA, Group and FLCC discounts available. Rates are subject to change. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or checks made payable to the CANANDAIGUA CHAMBER. Write the date of the course on the memo line of the check. All classes are on a first come - first serve basis.  Certificates: After course completion, you will be provided with a DIP certificate. This certificate can be used to receive your insurance reduction. If you need an additional form for court, please ask your instructor. No certificates will be given unless full payment for the class has been received and you have completed the entire 6-hour session.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Chamber will need to receive payment by the Tuesday before your class or you will not be allowed to take the class. If you request a refund prior to the class there will be a $5 admin fee withheld from your refund. Course fees are not refundable after the date of the class. If you need to reschedule, you must let us know before your scheduled class. You may register up to six months for a future class at no charge. If you do not notify us before your class, there is an additional $10 rescheduling fee.

You must attend both evenings to receive credit for two-day classes. Please bring your NYS Driver's License and a pen to class. The class is sponsored by the Canandaigua Area Chamber of Commerce.
