North Shore Canandaigua Update with Bill Goodrich & Tim Poley

Join us for a Breakfast & Business event on December 19^th to hear an update on North Shore Canandaigua.  William H. Goodrich, partner with Morgan-LeChase Development, alongside Timothy H. Poley of Blue Horizon Strategies Inc., will be discussing the 21-acre, mixed-use lakefront project adjacent to Kershaw Park on Canandaigua’s beautiful north shore.

Morgan-LeChase is responsible for the development plans for this prominent lakeshore property, which will offer residential, retail and commercial space with opportunities for residents to shop, live, dine and enjoy the unique characteristics of Canandaigua Lake.

The Breakfast & Business will take place at the New York Wine and Culinary Center on Friday, December 19 at 7:30-9:00 a.m. as our presenters provide you with key project milestones accomplished to date and the next steps of this exciting project.
