220th Anniversary of the Canandaigua 1794 Treaty

At 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 11, join us on the front lawn of the Ontario County Courthouse, Main Street, Canandaigua, NY for the re-dedication of the iconic Treaty of Canandaigua. Not only did this treaty bring peace between the U.S. and the Six Nations, it recognized the sovereignty of the Six Nations to govern and set laws as individual nations. From 10:30 am to 3 pm, visit Native vendors in the gymnasium at the Canandaigua Primary School, 96 W. Gibson Street.
